Saleh Ben waterfall(Versk, Mazandaran province)

Sometimes a destination is just an excuse to go to the road, forest and mountains and be free in nature and make a day different from all the days in the city that are all the same.. We had a short, cold autumn day and headed north and headed towards Firuzkoh and Swadkoh road..

Sele Ben waterfall falls through the rocks that he carved skillfully and his sound fills the forest. You raise your head and stare at the majesty of the tall Mazo trees and there is nothing but admiration to say. This is a short description of a one-day trip on the way to Saleh Ben waterfall at the end of the fall of 1402, which kept me going for a long time with the energy of this beautiful day..

I think that as soon as the intention of traveling comes, it doesn't matter where, the journey has started and the hormone of travel energy is released in the body, there is nothing to see and hear.. It was seven mornings at the end of autumn. Thanks to our dear friends who took the trouble to take us, we went to Damavand and Firuzkoh. It was after Damavand that the road was almost at the level of 2000 meters and the white fields from two days ago were waiting for us under the sun.. Immediately, we spread the breakfast table and the mat and sat in the white plain. If there was no sun, I would not be able to sit on the snow. After breakfast, the first destination after Firouzkoh and Gadok was the village and Cheshme Shurab.

The slopes of Gadok, which ends on the right side of Shurab road, were separated in a place where there is also a cafe. The road had snow and ice in the shadowy places, it was clear that few people had reached it, and the friction with the dirt and rocks had improved..

Saleh Ben was almost two kilometers after Versk. We bypassed the road and turned in where the sign of Seleban and the pressure breaker of the pipelines indicated. I saw Saleh Ben almost as a recreational and luxury village, that is, villas for spending the summer or holidays, and it did not mean a village with a living space..

The walk continued along the flat and narrow path by the river valley until we reached the railway line and tunnel. A tunnel that was built about 85 years ago with such primitive tools. We went to the left side to the end of the bridge and on the opposite side to the right, we found Pakub by the river. Pakub should not be continued here. Very soon, you have to go uphill to the left and get away from the river. The muddy uphill was a bit slippery and bumpy, but we passed it easily. The place we crossed was a unique plain that was really suitable for Atraq. The footpath to the waterfall was almost obvious, and after a while we passed through thick trees and the view of the waterfall was found. Contrary to my imagination, I thought that we could not go under the waterfall, but it was possible to go to the foot of the waterfall. It even had a pond, and if it was summer, I would not hesitate and go under the waterfall.

After seeing the waterfall, we returned to Dasht Sabz. The lifeless autumn sun had spread. We ate lunch and made a small fire. It was time for thyme. The sun went behind the mountain and we stayed and the cold.

It was near evening, when we were returning, we remembered the valley under Versk bridge and renewed our memories. We left the car in front of the mosque and went under the bridge on foot. I suggested to go to Versk waterfall, but my fellow travelers postponed it to another time.

It was night and the road and return…
