From Jawzan to Manizan, a tour of Takestan(Malayer, Hamedan)‎

In my opinion, tourism is one of the best models for sightseeing. Now it wants to be a seasonal occasion, or a special occasion product for that area, or a special event and ritual for the area. Having an excuse to see and experience helps us to be more curious about the events around us and to have a more precise plan for seeing on the trip.. During this trip, which coincided with the grape harvest and raisin production season, we went to Malayer city and its beautiful villages.

In mid-September 2009, it gave us a good opportunity to travel. In the midst of various mental struggles about what to do these 5 days and where to travel, we finally decided to see the south of Hamedan province.. We did not hesitate and hit the road on Sunday night. It was past 22 o'clock when we passed the tolls towards Qom. The weather in Shahrivar was quite pleasant and cool. Shortly after, in the middle of the freeway in Qom, at about 11 pm, due to the fatigue of the working day, we had to spend the night and set up a tent near a road emergency.. It was a good decision, not in a hurry. As long as you do not intend to camp in such a place, you will not see how many people come here in the night tent in the morning.. Wheel in the parking lot there(Between Arshia Cooperative 57) Little by little, it was funny to me, we tested 10 places, which one is better. One is a lot of wind, one is light . I think we continued like this until we reached Arak. In short, we pitched a tent next to the emergency base anyway.

Morning, not so early 7:30 We woke up. Again, there was no rush! The destination is clear, we are going to Malayer! Of course, we want to go around the village, maybe we will go to Malayer at night, maybe we will not go.

We passed Qom, Arak, Toure, Zanganeh until we reached the subdivision of Nawaleh, Jozan and Manizan. . It was named after us and nothing else attracted us at noon on September. From the beginning of the path to almost Manizan, vineyards can be seen from far and near. We just found out that raisin making has started here and gardeners are drying grapes. We stopped somewhere after Jozan. In some places they were repairing the earth mud and in some places they were spreading grapes. This is not the way to work. The road was narrow and the shoulders were unsuitable. Finally we stopped at a point where the workload of raisin makers was high. The sun was brighter than I expected. With narrowed eyes, we walked to the hills. The hills are lined with mud and obtained a smooth surface. It is an interesting scene that you see such a smooth surface in such a large area. مشخصه همه گروه ها یک وان فلزی، چند کیسه زرد، پلاستیکی بزرگ مثل پتو و پایه های فلزی! هنوز به درک درستی نرسیده ایم 😀

Acidic raisins

Well, there is nothing left until we get our answers, hello and smile, the beginning of all answers. Our Jozani friends picked the green grapes in the morning (At least the size of a pickup truck) They bring it here, one by one they put a plastic box full of grapes in the acid, after a short time of a few seconds, they take it out and go to spread it regularly.. What is sharp water now? Acid is an alkaline solution that produces potassium carbonate powder and is corrosive..

But we still have a general question. So what is that process under greed? Yes, they are the process of producing golden raisins with sulfur gas! Some of the flattened parts produce golden raisins. In this way, sulfur powder is set on fire in Istanbul and the grapes are smoked under the plastic.. The product is yellow and golden raisins. Drying ground is limited and time is limited so hurry to work and dry. The grapes of Shahriyar have bled the heart of Baghdara, it arrives sooner and is closer to the Tehran market, when the grapes arrive here, the market is saturated with grapes. In terms of health and product, I have no comment and I do not deny or confirm. Jozani friends do not leave us without their grace and compliment us with the insistence of bunches of grapes. I think each cluster was over a kilo!

We prepare the baby's backpack for Sahand and very soon, with our small suitcase, which is a water bottle and a light and slightly edible underlayment, we cross the metal bridge over the river and set foot on the ground..

Finally we reached our carpenter and went to the top of the hill and said again that it was the right time, the right place and the exceptional scene.. The beautiful villages of Manizan and Jozan are suitable for nature tourism in spring and summer. These villages do not have tourist infrastructure and to stay, you have to camp with the coordination of the residents, or maybe you can find a room to stay by talking.. Jozan village is a large village and the usual facilities can be found in it.
